🟦 FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

• Hospitality – Pastors/Volunteers Dinner (5:30–7:30 PM)

  • Help set up, serve, host and clean up dinner

  • Arrive by 5:00 PM

• Set-Up Crew – Equipment, Banners & Chairs (2:00–5:00 PM)

  • Assist with unloading, staging, banner hanging, chair and altar setup

🟩 SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

• Morning Set-Up (7:30 am –9:00 AM)

  • Pre-Worship & Tent Setup (Hospitality Area, Sound, Altar Area)

  • Hospitality Food Tent Support (Coffee, Water, Light snacks)

•  Registration & Welcome (9:00 AM – 4:30 PM)  Need at least 4 for volunteers for shift 1 and Full Team 

  • Shift 1 – 9:00–11:00 AM: T-shirts, name tags, stone placement

  • Shift 2 – 11:00–1:00 PM: Registration table

  • Shift 3 – 1:00–3:00 PM: Registration table

  • Shift 4 – 3:00–4:00 PM: Registration table

  • Full Team – 4:00–4:30 PM: Final registration rush

• Hospitality & Housekeeping

  • General Hospitality (Throughout the day – floating support)

  • Trash check, restroom tidiness, helping where needed

•  Communion Set-Up & Management (3:00–4:00 PM)

  • Assist with prepping and distributing communion supplie

  • Help with reverent atmosphere & clean-up

•  Clean-Up Crew (6:00–7:30 PM)

  • Assist with equipment breakdown, trash, table & chair collection

Prayer Team Volunteers (Choose one or more shifts)

• Shift 1: 8:00–10:00 AM

• Shift 2: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Shift 3: 12:00–2:00 PM

• Shift 4: 2:00–4:00 PM

• Shift 5: 4:00–6:00 PM
